Survicate enables quick, hassle-free survey creation and distribution. You can create and configure the survey in a couple of steps:
1. Sign up for Survicate's free account.
To do that, click the button 'Use this template" below the product satisfaction survey template on top of the page.
2. Customize.
Edit the template according to your needs: Add or delete questions, apply skip-logic, and align the tone of the survey questions with your brand's voice.
PRO TIP:
We also recommend you customize the survey to fit your brand - change colors and background, and add the company logo. By making the survey on-brand, you'll inspire trust with your target group and increase the likelihood of their taking the survey.
3. Think ahead.
Before you move on, decide which survey distribution channel you are going to use and what sample size is big enough.
Once you've made up your mind - select the 3rd party tool to send the survey with and, if necessary, set a response limit.
PRO TIP:
To choose the right distribution channel, think about the personas and the user journeys. Try to figure out which channel is most likely to have the highest response rates. If in doubt, consider sending the survey in batches and run tests.
4. Distribute.
Send the survey through an appropriate channel: email, website chat, or in-app.
PRO TIP:
If you decide that emailing the survey will work best with your personas, remember to generate the survey code and embed it in the email body instead of sending it as a link. Surveys visible in the email body have significantly higher response rates than those hidden under a hyperlink.
5. Analyze the results.
You can either access the survey responses in the Survicate panel or have them delivered to your company communicators, like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Since Survicate gives you real-time access to the survey results, you can take a peek at them while the survey is still running.
PRO TIP:
While you want to wait with the analysis until the end of the campaign, it might be worth it to keep an eye on the survey results while it’s still running. It'll allow you to quickly close the feedback loop and act on the feedback that calls for a fast reaction.
PRO TIP:
Survicate records the responses in real-time. It means that respondents don't have to press the "submit" button for you to access their responses. Thanks to this feature, you can worry less about having too long a survey.
However, be strategic about the order of the survey questions. If your survey is on the long side, remember to ask the most important questions at the beginning rather than the end. This way, if respondents drop out without completing the survey, you'll still receive the most vital piece of feedback, and you'll have it from a bigger sample size.
Survicate's customers find the feedback collection tool powerful and hassle-free.
