Survicate free trial is a no-strings-attached taste of our Business plan. For 10 days, or until you collect 25 survey responses, you can enjoy all the Business plan features, without needing a credit card.
Once the trial ends, your surveys will be stopped and archived. But don’t worry, you can either continue with a free account (which lets you collect up to 25 responses per month with email or link surveys), upgrade to our Business plan, or chat with our Sales team for a custom offer.
Is there a free version of Survicate?
Yes, there is! After a 10-day trial of our Business plan, your account will automatically switch to a free account if you choose not to upgrade.
The free account allows you to collect up to 25 responses per month, create any survey, but only launch link and email surveys, add up to 3 teammates, and does not include integrations.
So, you can always access Survicate for free, even if you decide not to upgrade after your trial.
How do you count responses?
We count responses on a per-respondent basis. When surveys consist of multiple questions, it doesn’t matter if the respondent replies to just one question or all of them. It will qualify as one response in both instances.
What payment methods can I use to pay for Survicate?
You can pay using all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal. For the Enterprise plan, we also accept wire transfers. We do NOT charge any transaction fees. Payments can be made in USD, EUR, GBP, or PLN.
What if I exceed the limit of responses on my plan?
Once you hit your response limit, your surveys will stop collecting responses. To keep the feedback coming, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan or, for Enterprise users, purchase more responses.

Are taxes included in the price?
Additional taxes may apply if you’re not a registered business. If you are a business registered in Poland then we will add 23% VAT.

Can I cancel my subscription and what’s your refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any point. Your subscription will remain active until the new billing cycle begins. We don’t offer refunds, so always make sure to terminate your subscription before the new billing cycle begins.
