1. Start by signing up.
Click the button above the page (next to the template's preview) and sign up with your business email. By doing so, you're signing up for a Flexible account. You can use our tool for free until you collect 100 responses.
2. Tweak the survey to your needs.
The customer review survey is short and sweet, so there's not much to do:
Drop an eye on the tone of voice we use in the survey question - if needed, change it to match your brand's voice.
If you decide to add new questions to the survey, use the skip-logic feature. The feature allows you to ask subsequent questions based on previous answers so that you don't annoy respondents with questions that don't concern them.
Survicate enables you also to personalize the survey. Call the respondent by their first name. (To be able to do so, you have to connect your CRM.)
3. Make them look on-brand
Change the survey background and font colors to match your brands. If needed, remove Survicate's logo and use yours. (The latter is a paid feature.)
4. Configure the survey.
Select a distribution tool from the drop-down list to be able to know the identity of the respondents and get in touch with them for review. Otherwise, add a contact form to the survey.
Optionally: Set response limits and a timeframe for the campaign and enable taking the survey more than once.
5. Add integrations.
Survicate integrates with:
- Market-leading CRMs (Intercom, Hubspot, Salesforce, … ) that allow you to use your customer data when you construct surveys, have reacher reports, obtain better insights about your customers
- Product management platforms ( Productboard, Amplitude, Mixpanel) so that you can enrich your product data with the customer feedback
- Team communicators like Slack or Microsoft Teams, or tools like Google Sheets, which let you handle the survey data in an easy way.
Go through the list of integrations and connect those you'll need before running your customer review campaign.
6. Distribute the survey.
The customer review survey template we've put together for you is a link survey template. To send it, copy the link generated by the tool and send it using your platform of choice.
You can also embed the survey code Survicate generates for you in the email body. This will increase your survey response rates. To do that, use your marketing automation tool. (No coding skills required.)
7. Collect the feedback and get back to the respondents!
You can access the customer feedback in the tool's panel or have it delivered straight into your Slack channels. (It's invaluable in your case as it lets you quickly get back to the respondents and ask them for help.)
Or, have the responses exported to the Google Sheets in real-time and work on them in the Google tool.
Collect the feedback and be sure to close the loop quickly close the loop. Get back to your customers who expressed the willingness to promote you to help them do that (if needed) or to thank them.
Feel free to give the template above a try. And... enjoy generating the reviews! 🚀
