Survicate will let go from an idea to a running survey in just a couple of minutes. And it’s not just a figure of speech – according to G2, Survicate is the fastest-to-implement tool in its category.
Just click the button above the page (next to the template's preview) and sign up with your business email. By doing so, you're signing up for a Flexible account. You can use our tool for free until you collect 100 responses.
In both cases, you can customize the question and survey design to fit your needs.
Once your survey is built, set up targeting. It’s a very important step since you probably don’t want the survey to show up to every visitor every time they open your site. Find the “Triggers” section on the “Target” tab of the survey creator. You’ll be able to decide when and where your survey appears, choose to show the survey only to specific audience segments, and set up the display frequency.
If it’s your first time running a website survey with Survicate, you have to add the Survicate tracking code to your site (automatically via Google Tag Manager, Segment, or WordPress plugin, or by copying and pasting a line of code). After that, you’ll be able to launch all your subsequent surveys by simply clicking a “Start now” button.
You can also connect Survicate to a third-party tool – such as an analytics tool to enhance the data on your visitors, or a collaboration tool to share feedback with your team and receive notifications. Check out all the available integrations to discover other possibilities.
Once your survey is launched and you start getting responses, you can access them from your analytics dashboard. You’ll be able to see the response breakdown, check the answers to open-ended questions to analyze recurring trends, and export the data.
But the best way to see how easy it is to run surveys with Survicate is to try it out yourself. Set up now – no credit card required. Or check out our paid plans if you need more responses and extra features!
