Survicate is a hassle-free customer feedback tool. Setting up a survey is very easy:Â
‍
1. Sign up free of charge
Click the button above the page (next to the template's preview) and sign up with your business email. By doing so, you're signing up for a Flexible account. You can use our tool for free until you collect 100 responses.
‍
2. Edit and customize the survey to your needs.Â
The first of the two feature prioritization survey questions encourages users to prioritize the features you should implement. Type in the list of features you're considering.Â
The second question is universal - applicable to all contexts. You can include it in your survey as it is. Optionally, you can tweak its tone of voice to make it more appealing to your audience.Â
Change the colors or add your company logo to make the survey more on-brand. By doing it, you’ll boost brand awareness, create a cohesive brand experience, and - as a result - build customer loyalty.Â
‍
3. Configure the survey
Once you've edited the survey template, it's time to configure it to meet your needs. In this step, you can decide which tool you're going to distribute the survey with.Â
In the case of this survey template, either use a marketing automation platform like Active Campaign or Mailchimp or use your CRM.Â
Select the preferred 3rd-party tool from the drop-down list in the platform to be able to identify respondents. It's an optional step at this point. But we recommend taking it. This way, the survey responses won't be anonymous to you. You'll be able to get back to respondents and ask for more feedback if needed.
Other than choosing the distribution channel, decide on enabling users to take the survey more than once and set the deadline for the campaign to avoid spamming or leaving respondents hanging without a response.
Failing to close the feedback loop is detrimental to the image of your brand and the relationship with customers. Yet, it can happen if you don't design the automation flow or, quite simply, forget you run a feedback campaign. Make sure you set a closing date to stay on top of the conversations you've started.Â
‍
4. Connect 3rd party tools and distribute the survey
Now, it's time to enable the integrations with CRMs, marketing automation tools, or collaboration software you want to use in the campaign. It takes just a couple of steps and does not require coding skills. Simply follow the guidelines in the tool!
Thanks to the Surivcate’s integrations, you'll be able to email the survey embedded in the email body, which gives a response rate boost. To do that, copy the code generated by the tool into the ActiveCampaign, Hubspot, or other marketing automation / CRM you use.Â
⚡️ If you want to trigger the survey in a mobile app or run it on your website, start the survey anew. (Select a different survey type in our tool.)
‍
6. Analyze the results.
Survicate gives you real-time access to survey responses. If you've enabled the tool's integrations with Slack, or Microsoft Teams, you'll be receiving notifications of the user feedback right in your collaboration tool. Otherwise, keep an eye on the survey report in the tool's panel.Â
Or, if you use Amplitude, Productboard, or Mixpanel - have the data delivered to your product management platform.
Survicate also offers a Feedback Hub feature, enabling you to collect and process all kinds of feedback from various sources. (Including audio feedback, which the tool transcribes for you to analyze.)Â
The feedback collection tool has everything you need to make smart data-based decisions about your product.Â
